个人简介
魏腾达,男,中共党员,1991年生,2020年1月于中国海洋大学获理学博士学位,2017年至2019年英国University of Dundee联合培养博士,讲师。博士期间致力于随机时滞反应扩散神经网络的适定性、稳定性及图像加密的应用研究,所得结果发表在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、Neural Networks等SCI期刊,曾参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。
