报告题目:Shape-driven electrical impedance tomography

报告摘要:Shape-driven reconstruction approaches have been proposed as an effective strategy for electrical impedance tomography (EIT) in recent years. This talk will discuss shape-based solutions for reconstructing region boundaries in EIT, e.g., schemes involve applying a moving morphable components based method and Boolean operations based method applied to solve the inverse problem of finding the boundaries between the regions having different profiles. Compared with the traditional pixel or voxel-based schemes, the schemes discussed in this talk can incorporate more geometry and prior information into shape and topology optimization directly and therefore render the solution process more flexibility. The results considering simulations, water tank experiments and in vivo pig data will be shared in this talk.
报告人简介:刘东,中国科学技术大学研究员,博士生导师,IEEE高级会员。主要从事电磁成像、最优化理论与方法及数据反演等领域的研究。在数据反演、拓扑优化和图像重建以及其在生物医学工程及工业无损检测上的应用等重要课题上开展了系统性的研究。成功开发出集动态与静态成像于一体的模型驱动非线性差分成像算法框架,该算法框架目前已被成功应用于电阻抗成像、光学相干成像、热成像、弹性成像及电容层析成像等领域。在IEEE TMI(10篇)、IEEE TIM(5篇)、IEEE TBME(2篇)和IEEE TCI(1篇)等重要学术期刊上发表论文40余篇。曾获总装备部科技进步二等奖一项。
