报告题目：Capacity: from physics to geometry

报告摘要：In this talk, we briefly sketch the history of the capacitary theories, from electronic capacity to convex geometry. We introduce the notion of capacity and consider the Minkowski problem of such objects. Finally, we discuss some modern techniques for studying the capacitary theories.

报告人简介：张宁，华中科技大学副研究员。2017年毕业于加拿大阿尔伯塔大学获得博士学位，美国国家数学科学研究所博士后。主要研究领域涵盖凸几何、几何分析、黎曼几何和概率相关方向。部分成果发表在Trans AMS, JFA, CVPDE等学术期刊上。
