报告题目：The geometric theory of log-concave functions

报告摘要：The equivalence between isoperimetric and Sobolev inequalities has motivated a number of studies in recent years about interactions of geometric and analytic inequalities. Many outstanding works showed that the log-concave function is closely linked to the convex body. In this talk we will introduce the Lp Asplund sum of log-concave functions for all p>1. Combining the total mass, we obtain a variational formula which motivates the definition of our Lp surface area measure for log-concave functions. The related Lp Minkowski problem for log-concave functions will be studied. This talk is based on a recent joint work with Dr. Sudan Xing and Professor Deping Ye.

报告人简介：方牛发，湖南大学数学学院，助理教授，硕士生导师。2018年博士毕业于西南大学，2019年获重庆市优秀博士学位论文，2018年到2020年南开大学陈省身数学研究所博士后。主要研究方向为凸几何分析、几何不等式等。近年来，在 Adv. Math.、CVPDE，Sci. China Math.，Adv. Appl. Math.等期刊上发表学术论文10多篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后面上项目，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。
